Xi’s Purge of China’s Military Brings Its Top General Down

There seems to be a huge tussle on in CCP between the pro & anti Xi factions. If the economy goes south as is expected , you can expect fireworks in the neighborhood.
Lol, i mean sure theyre military is weaker but this matters very little in the grand scheme of things. Calling China a paper tiger would have been true maybe a decade ago but now its just being stupid.

But taiwan and its invasion is starting to look more likely day by day with trump alr losing a lot of support. He might not wanna stand up for taiwan as it would involve using US personnel and would be wayyyyy above anything the US has gotten into post Vietnam or korea.

Where exactly did you see China being called a paper tiger? The remarks were directed at loss of experienced personnel.

Fortunately for the world Trump won't be around when the Chinese go in for Taiwan. Right now the priority in China would be to get replacements LOYAL TO XI JINPING for the purged personnel.

Then there's the equally important task of seeing thru the modernization & theatre ization of the armed forces due for completion in 2027-28.

China's unlikely to move before they've accomplished the latter. The former only further delays the matter.
