This thread is intended to catalog and discuss Chinese military equipment failures.
The goal is to capture failures reported through accidents, exports, exercises, or battlefield observation to empirically study engineering limitations, procurement culture, and testing philosophy to expose the substandard equipment of the Chinese.

I wonder if the system sent to Iran was fully operationalized, secondly we have to remember that Mossad has deeply penetrated Iranian leadership including the IRGC. Many Israeli spies (women) even married and had children with a lot of the leadership.
