Residents of Zhytomyr filmed the moment a Russian "Banderol" missile struck the building of the Main Directorate of the Ukrainian Police. The footage was recorded on August 19 from various angles. The "Banderol" missile was reportedly launched from an "Orion" UAV.

The exact location of the filming is not disclosed. The video shows the drones striking various pieces of Ukrainian military hardware, including a T-64 tank, a Bohdana howitzer, an M1224 MaxxPro armored vehicle, a Humvee, an AS-90 self-propelled howitzer, a VAB armored personnel carrier, a Krab self-propelled howitzer, and other equipment.
