Both UP & Bihar were largely Congress ruled states till the late 80's.What did the Congress do to improve the level of education, health, agriculture, industry and housing?
My post was about the original author. AND I maintain that he can sue this lady. You are talkng abt Indian Laws and not about IPR which are beyond local laws. Even Indian Parliament is not immune to them.
That is not plagiarism but Press Release(PR) being published as it is. There are PR agencies that gives feed to all major newspapers and even Washington Post and NYT publish them. They even carry paid features if it passes the editorial guidelines.

There are articles other than news, like opinion pieces, which all get plagiarised. Sometimes they copy paste the whole article with just a few changes.
One can only sacrifice a PM post after getting in a position to be able to do so. RaGa sadly was not even close.

No reputed or half decent publication indulge in these practices, Digital may have no ethics but print publications always take permission otherwise it becomes a big issue for them. Whomever they quote it's either after proper attribution to source or with its permission.
Copy paste websites are different, mainstream publications don't do this.

Proud day eh? Two major scam accused gracing the Parliament, all under the anti corruption government.
The amount of time and effort spent in defending the incompetence can be utilized to find better prosecutors, like that in 2G case.
BTW has government took this issue of repeated bail to public? Dont want to feel the heat, don't want to spoil own contacts by targeting judiciary and still want votes and power on anti corruption plank? NJAC was bold step but after first encounter government is seen backing away with its tail between the legs.
Irony is a party with 44 seats in last election and 53 in this has more influence on judiciary than full majority party if defense argument is to be believed.
