Pray tell, why Ghulam Nabi Azad was not allowed in the city then? If there is no curfew then why is Abdullahs and that crazy woman from PDP not talking. am no fan of any of them.

Sir, City is under curfew - I have family in Srinagar in belt forces - give me that much of credit. If not me, at least listen to the NDTV's local reporter in Kashmir, who published a very nice blog on NDTV today. Blog: Reporting From Kashmir Without Phones, Internet, Travel Pass

BTW, the govt never announced the curfew, they only announced 144 and put a curfew and then showed images of Doval eating lunch on empty streets with locals. So, that of itself is funny.

And yep, No curfew in Jammu - That is for sure. Mum got fresh vegetables today morning happily :P

We will see about that. am sure we all do hold Justice Gogoi and the institution he runs in the highest regard and it will reach them. A side short submission - An exercise done with malafide intensions can also be challenged in courts for its validity. Again, am no constitutional expert, but I feel this will be stuck as unconstitutional. That is just my private opinion and i realise you do not agree with that.

In either case - you will see the technicality will not even matter. Just let valley open up and I will be here to debate. I have worked there and have experienced the extent of separation that exists.

You can't attach any malafide with it as it is a constitutional amendment passed by 2/3rd majority in both houses. You probably did not read the retort Adv ML SHARMA got from SC today regarding this very issue. he has filed a PIL requesting scrapping of this constitutional amendment on similar basis as what you have posted here.

Astrologically if we go to war till end of sep when Mars moves into Leo is good for Modi. It is extremely good for Modi till 15th August. if we do not have a war now, we will surely have it in Jan-feb 2020. Very strong Possibility.

lol.. They are sniffing something.. I returned from Jammu this Sunday ... And nothing can be farther from truth... IAF is ready and so are the extra helpings of SAMs... they only do this drama around poonch/rajouri, which do not have air cover and it takes a few minutes for IAF to come over from Srinagar over these 2 district skies
