Muzaffarpur: Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat on Sunday said the organisation has the ability to prepare an "army" to fight for the country within three days, if such a situation arises.

The RSS chief said this while addressing the workers at Zila school ground on the last day of his six-day visit of Muzaffarpur.

"Sangh will prepare military personnel within three days which the army would do in 6-7 months. This is our capability. Swayamsewak will be ready to take on the front if the country faces such a situation and Constitution permits to do so," Bhagwat said.

Sangh is neither a military nor a para military organisation, rather it is like a "parivarik sangathan" (family organisation) where discipline is practised like the army, he said adding that workers are always happily ready to make supreme sacrifice for their country.

Bhagwat exhorted the RSS workers to set an example of good conduct in their personal, family and social life.

Note: I previously thought that my Hindu brothers and sisters are inherently patriotic. But I was wrong, ISI agents are even hiding as BJP workers. We have to be very vigilant. Even a Hindu could be a ISI agent

BJP Leader's Kin Among 11 Arrested For Running Pakistan's ISI Spy Ring In Madhya Pradesh

February 11, 2017

The arrest of 11 men by the Madhya Pradesh Anti-Terrorism Squad on Friday is turning out to be a political blame game in the state.

This after the opposition party in MP, the Congress claimed that one of the arrested men, Dhruv Saxena, who is said to be working with the BJP’s IT Cell.

Though the party has distanced itself from Saxena, images of him attending an event with Shivraj Singh Chouhan and BJYM district head Anshul Tiwari has since gone viral.

BJP's trouble doesn't end there, another arrested man, Jitender Singh, kin of a sitting BJP corporators. The Congress alleged that he is also closely associated with Union Minister Narendra Tomar and MP Minister Maya Singh.

While the party officially denies any links between the arrested men and the party, a BJP leader in the condition of anonymity told India Today that they are concerned about the ISI's possible infiltration into its ranks.

"Denying association with those arrested in public is one thing but the real problem can be gauged from the fact that one of them was holding a post in the party's IT cell and he had access to so much data and information."

The ATS had busted an international call racket used by ISI agents to spy on India's military operations. The spy ring facilitated calls from and to Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Nepal, bypassing legal channels.

At least 40 'Simboxes' (Chinese-made gadget that holds multiple SIM cards) and 3,000 SIM cards have been seized from the suspects.

MPATS chief Sanjeev Shami, who led the operation, said that more people including those working with telecom majors are on the radar and would be behind bars.

"They were running a parallel telecom exchange, enabling cross-border handlers posing as senior Army officers to call up military personnel posted in Jammu and Kashmir and dig out details of operations, deployment and installations."

Calls made through the internet were sent to these SIM-boxes which redirected the illegal VoIP traffic onto mobile networks. Those involved bypassed the interconnect toll charging points to exploit the difference between the high interconnect rates and the low retail price for on-network calls, therefore avoiding payment of the official call termination fee of an Operator.

A Pakistani national living as a Sadhu in Iskcon temple in the Delhi-Haryana border town of Bahadurgarh was taken in police custody on Thursday evening.

Sources said the police have recovered a Pakistani passport from him in which his name has been mentioned as Raja, a resident of Hindu Colony in Larkana, Pakistan. He had come to Indian in 2013, and his visa has expired. He has allegedly been living in the temple from past few months.

The police said they have recovered an Aadhar card and a PAN (permanent account number) card from him in which he has a different date of birth from his passport, and his name is changed to Raasraj Das Rajput. Jhajjar SP Satheesh Balan said the Indian documents proofs are original, but they are probing how he managed to get them.

While being taken away, the man told the local media that he’s a Hindu who wants to continue living in India.

The SP said further investigation was being conducted by the Inelligence Bureau. “No case has been registered. The investigation is going on,” he said.

One of those golden days when keralas CM stands up for rapist indian army ;)

Anyway only the party that made the comment can explain it.

I don't know brother, my trust deficit is at an all time low now. Psychologically, I have already developed a trust deficit:confused:. It will take a long time for me trust them again. They have been acting very suspiciously. I need to analyze them more closely.

It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it.

The image and ideals I had in my mind are shattering one by one. :(

Get your facts right..... It was not the Kerala CM ...... (not that it makes a huge difference)

At topic : Such moronic statements should be ignored.......
Don't explain it away like a mere moronic statement, What will this statement do to the morale of an young Indian soldier or paramilitary personnel posted at border or in Kashmir valley. :(

He is not the first guy who made statement on IA, and he will not be the last(though the statement was not directly on IA instead on his followers) .... We had likes of Karat who spoke against army when they were on a tough spot post..... So these statements doesnt make much of a difference to Indian Armed Forces.......They know how the politicians as well as Religious leaders are......

Gosh this is not a statement on Indian Army.

Also great job @nair ignoring off topic dated toll posts by infojehadi.

Nothing wrong in statement, however un-necessary for a civilian outfit to talk of military role.

Why this thread based on Fake/Twisted News not closed like the below mentioned countering it? @Avi @Aashish @nair

Fake news - RSS chief insulted Indian army, plans to raise an army to sieze power

Because my thread busted good fake news while this one spreads the good fake news. Besides this thread is peppered with good off topic posts mocking hindus.

There is good fake news and there is bad fake news. Then there are good off topic posts and there are bad off topic posts. When you understand this and become a mental slave of award wapsi gang, you will become tolerant. Right now you seem intolerant towards hypocrisy.

Bhagwat gets a lot of flak for being a sanghi, deserved or undeserved as it may be, but I actually happen to think that this is a great idea.

Something along the lines of a provincial army of reserves. Well trained. And with the necessary weaponry and infrastructure around the country in key strategic civil areas. To ensure that the nation would never be overrun by an invading force, even if the army were to fall.

Needless to mention though, that such an initiative should be inclusive and open to all Indians.

Cheers, Doc

You mean like Israel, compulsory army service for every citizen. Or Relaxed gun ownership laws like USA.

Army is currently under Central government, and they abide by Constitution.

Who will get to keep the guns, and get army training. Will the army training be privatized ?

Good point.

I do not think India and Israel can be compared on an even keel. Lots of differences. The main being size and money. Not to mention geography and needs.

But I do think compulsory training in the use of firearms, hand to hand combat, self-defense, and strategic battle craft at a pretty rudimentary level could be given to all able-bodied Indians (I would say men, but that might not be appreciated by the ladies here) of a certain age cohort.

And refresher courses. As well as more advanced, specialized training basis the civilian life expertise than the civvies have and bring to the table as a combined resource pool.

Australia has a pretty good system. One of my juniors from college has just been inducted into their naval reserves. Full rank and uniform. With a commitment of x number of hours each year.

Its a win win situation.

Yes, as for the regular army, this would need to be under central control. The mechanism and the hierarchy could be debated. I would imagine that the IA regulars would have more than a significant role to play here.

Look at it as our Resistance, pre-trained and armed. Or look at it as our strategic depth ....

Cheers, Doc
