Lok Sabha passes Citizenship Bill amidst Opposition outcry

Every used brick has mortar and cement on it and in a city over hundreds of house are at construction or renovation at a time how will you match a particular cement! This is nuts.

You miss read it completely , what i said was if a house has stacks of used bricks with cement / mortar trace and the very same house has signs to show where a new wall const or old wall broken down etc , it is easy to conclude that the used bricks are legit .

My 2 cents, Amit Bhai Shah has bitten more than he can chew. Could have waited for 1 year or so. All opposition parties were preparing to do a massive protest post Aug 5th. This issue gave them an excellent pretext. Mota bhai Shah is getting greedy and shall I say somewhat distant to Modi.

There is nothing organic about this protest. It is as manufactured as this textured soy meat subsitute I am eating right now at Iggy's. A manufactured riot done by professional activist, helped by ignorant idiots who don't deserve education and paid for by likes of congress, leftist parties, NGOs etc.

I have a Mech Engg. background too but have switched. Why does he regret because CSE is way more financially rewarding than mech! Or is it different in the US?
It's personal, both of us were excited about mechanical systems as a whole, I got to live it he didn't and that's the regret. The financial part I won't comment on, we both make our ends meet.

Not at all ... as someone in the forum said... Amit Shah and Modi aim to keep Hindus busy with cultural activities... and also to keep religious polarization at a slow burn, NPR NRC ensures this for years... even illiterate Hindus who dont know anything about CAA NPR NRC, but see all neighborhood muslims protesting against it, will by default assume it to be good for hindus. Although 99. 9 percent of Hindus who support CAA, NPR, NRC.. won't come out in the open to protest. Also, the fact that BJP lost Jharkhand has nothing to do with CAA/NRC. Inspite of having installed a non tribal CM in a tribal state and anti incumbency, had BJP not broken up with its alliance partner.. the BJP alliance would have won 40 seats.. Hindus in India are divided by customs, language, food, caste and so much else, that its primarily dislike of muslims and Pakistan that unites us. Amit Shah knows this..

If I Were Home Minister, I Would Order Police to Shoot Intellectuals: Karnataka BJP Leader

Addressing a "Kargil Vijay Diwas" function in his Assembly constituency Vijayapura (formerly Bijapur), Yatnal dubbed liberals and intellectuals "anti-nationals".

Senior BJP MLA and former union minister Basanagouda Patil Yatnal courted controversy on Thursday with his remark that that he would have ordered the police to shoot all intellectuals if he were the home minister of the state.

Addressing a "Kargil Vijay Diwas" function in his Assembly constituency Vijayapura (formerly Bijapur), Yatnal dubbed liberals and intellectuals "anti-nationals".

Referring to former chief minister Siddaramaiah's media advisor Dinesh Amin Mattu, he said Mattu had made a statement that youngsters join the army to escape from poverty and die.

Blaming India’s first Prime Minister Jawahar Lal Nehru for the Kashmir problem, he also said that PM Narendra Modi would scrap Article 370, which gives special status to Jammu & Kashmir state. He held the civil society responsible for the unrest in the country.

The ruling JDS and Congress have demanded an immediate action against Yatnal.

Yatnal, a Lingayat, is considered close to state BJP president BS Yeddyurappa. He was a BJP MLA between 1994 and 1999. Between 1999 and 2009 he was a BJP MP from Bijapur.

He was minister of state for Textiles and Railways in the AB Vajpayee government between 2002 and 2004. In 2010 he had quit the BJP and joined JD-S after a public spat with the party’s state leaders. He quit the JDS a year later and became an independent MLC.

He is known for making highly inflammatory speeches. A month ago he had told local BJP municipal members not to help the Muslims.

Very wrong phrase he used, calling these dimwits intellectual is grave insult to intelligence.

You sure you are talking about Hindus? There is only one religion that dislike every other religion and justify killing of them and that's not Hinduism, you need to recheck what you posted. We are too divided to unite even for imaginary hatred of someone.

I agree dimwits, not intellectuals, who need to be hanged , drowned and then shot.
I just objected the word use to describe them.

I am not talking about killing, but about dislike... So yes, most Hindus, dislike muslims to varying levels, because of the not so pleasant history between Hindus and Muslims..
