Lautenberg-Specter Amendment Act

Today, in the United States of America under the Lautenberg-Specter Amendment ‘persecuted religious’ minorities like Jews, Christians, Baha’is fleeing Iran jump the queue to gain citizenship in the United States. Almost exactly like the Modi government’s CAA the Lautenberg-Specter Amendments positively discriminates among minorities by creating a ‘reasonable classification’ to exclude the Muslim majority. Yet, the liberal establishment in the United States has never accused its own successive governments of turning the country into a Christian theocracy.

What’s most intriguing is that the US Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRSF) that has passed a scathing verdict against the Modi government has itself championed the Lautenberg-Specter Amendments. In February 23, 2018 this great self-proclaimed watch dog of religious freedom was so alarmed by the denial of protection to the ‘Lautenberg-Specter’ refugees that it remarked, ‘’These refugees (Jews, Christians, Baha’is) face the imminent danger of return to Iran, where the already dire situation for religious minorities is steadily deteriorating.’:censored:

If the USCIRSF and other ‘news vendors’ in the United States are so concerned with the future of ‘persecuted religious minorities’ in Iran why exhibit such disdain for the Modi government’s effort to secure the endangered future of ‘persecuted religious minorities’ in Pakistan?

Most of the Hindus in India except for Doval do not understand the ideology of Muslims in Subcontinent, I would say not even defence analysts and the military personals, but Muslims understand the ideology of Hindus better than the Hindus themselves. I will restrict myself to CAA and the ongoing protests. The Muslims consider Hindus a soft community, easily manageable and easily administered. Because Hindus centuries after centuries have proved this to every invader. After Mahabharat Hindus became confined and lost the cause of existence. Even Asoka once an emperor became an ascetic and forgot his duty as an administrator. Their lives started revolving around household and family. The Dharma taught to Hindus had changed it's meaning. Where as a newly formed ideology somewhere in the Middle East became latest attraction for the human due to it's power struggle, which gave an opportunity to people to fight for a cause, which swallowed the Mesopotamian, The Persian and to somewhat level the Indians as well. How ever the Chinese civilization was largely remain untouched because of the Mongolians.

The Muslims in India know very well that, Hindus will not react. Chanakya had to make every one realize the danger of Alexander, otherwise people were sleeping. Krishna had to make Arjun realize that if you do not pick up the bow some one else would and finish you and win the war. People going violent during anti CAA protest know very well that they are on streets against Hindus and their master is against the Hindu leader who is Modi. Being 80 percent if Hindus have trouble handling the issue, what would happen when Hindus are less than 20%. Vice Versa, 20% Muslims are sufficient to handle 80% Hindus.

What is the solution? The Muslims in India see Pakistan as an ideology because Muslims took away land from Hindu region and made it islamic. This is where the Muslims in India get the morale and will to continue their violence and protest against any pro Hindu law. You created bangladesh, but does it make it a Hindu country? No, it still remains an islamic nation. The solution is very simple, you want to control the protest in India and control the Muslims of the subcontinent, the Indain regime has to act on Pakistan. The root cause. Any violence from Muslims happens in India, conduct surgical strikes in Pakistan. Give them message that Pakistan, the ideological power of Muslims in India has to pay price for Mullahs going violent in India.

I can assure you that all these anti CAA protests, Urban islamic Naxals and the Kashmir will slumber down. Because that is the only situation.

NRC scare may have forced thousands to return to Bangladesh

KOLKATA: The spurt in infiltration arrests in Bangladesh over the past couple of months - around 450 since mid-November - is the tip of the iceberg. The actual number of Bangladeshis who have returned illegally to their homeland in the wake of the NRC scare could be in the thousands, indicate intelligence and other sources. A process of regular low-key pushbacks is also on, they said.

According to state intelligence sources, over the past few weeks around 200 people have infiltrated into Bangladesh every day through North 24 Parganas alone. People are crossing over in large numbers through the porous border in South 24 Parganas, too, and through Nadia, sources said. An official in Bangladesh said most of those arrested for illegally entering Bangladesh came from Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi. Many of them were carrying Indian ration cards and Aadhaar cards, and some even had Indian voter ID cards, he added.

A North 24 Parganas-based tout, who is part of a racket that sends people without passports to Bangladesh, told TOI that in the past two months they had sent around 5,000 people across the border, several times the usual number.

And the "fee" that ghatmaliks (touts) charge each dhur (client) has also risen. Till a couple of months ago, the charge for sending a person to Bangladesh was around Rs 4,000. "Then people started pouring in from Bengaluru. The charge has now increased to Rs 5,000 and, if the border is 'bad' (if there's strict vigil), Rs 6,000. But these days, the border is rarely bad," he added.

Bangladesh administration has formed resistance committees involving border villagers to keep vigil and prevent infiltration. Alamgir Hossain, a member of one such committee in Bangladesh's Jhinaidaha district, said: "We are on alert. We are trying our best to stop infiltration."

The Border Security Force would not officially comment on the reverse migration. Sources, however, said Bangladeshis illegally staying in India
are being pushed back. On December 29, at a joint press briefing by the BSF and Border Guards Bangladesh, the BGB DG, Shafeenul Islam, said "We regularly apprehend people who cross the border. These are Bangladeshis who came into India inadvertently or for work." In all, 446 people were arrested by the BGB since November, Islam said."But since they are originally from Bangladesh, the charges being made against them are very light so that they can easily get bail," a Bangladeshi official told TOI.

"They told us their horror stories - of being threatened and slapped, of midnight knocks on doors by members of a particular political party. They claimed they didn't get any help from the administration or police," said the official.

TOI tried to contact the Bangladeshi deputy high commissioner regarding the issue but there was no response.

Wait till the revised NRC is enacted in Assam under SC supervision & the detention camps are full. For every death of an illegal migrant reported there, lakhs of Illegal Bangladeshi Muslim migrants will soil their lungis, before hauling the very same lungi up to reverse pole vault into Bangladesh. Tragic & perverse as it sounds, that's the truth.

While on truths, I'd also like to see the Chinese treat the opium wars as genocide and launch trials seeking reparations. Being victims of a shared brutal exploitative colonial past, I expect all fellow Indians irrespective of caste, linguistic, gender, religion and other barriers to whole heartedly back the Chinese in their just endeavour.
