US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has revoked the green cards of two foreign nationals linked to the family of late Iranian general Qasem Soleimani. Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and her daughter were detained by federal agents after their lawful permanent resident status was terminated. Both are currently in the custody of the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

According to the State Department, Afshar was an outspoken supporter of Iran’s government and promoted its propaganda while residing in the United States. Officials cited her public statements praising Iran’s leadership and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, which the U.S. designates as a terrorist organisation.

Rubio stated that the U.S. will not permit foreign nationals who support anti-American regimes to remain in the country. The action is part of a broader effort that recently included revoking the legal status of other individuals linked to senior Iranian officials, who are now barred from future entry into the U.S.

Go research the full facts. How many of the NVA and Viet Cong? Iraq War, those dead were religious groups murdering each other. Indonesia - Communist rebels. Cambodia - Khymer Rouge (Communists again) not US. Riots during partition killed 2m alone in India. Mao - 100 million. Stalin - 20+m.

Nope religious fanatics due to religion. The deaths occurred in the areas where the partition DIDN'T separate religious groups though. ;) Therefore the partition likely saved tens of millions.

It only means that BRIICS is a serious power, very powerful South Axis. And in technology, a lot of advancement are kept hidden. Especially the missile, satellite and drone technology is way better than most of the advance nations, not because of the more complexity in technology but economic constraints have led to some new ideas and doctrines in development which are effective.
 

Iranian media reports that five people were killed in strikes during the US operation to rescue an airman whose fighter jet was shot down on Friday.


At the same time, Iran’s Revolutionary Guards say several American aircraft were destroyed during the US mission, according to Tasnim news agency.


“During a joint operation (Aerospace, Ground Force, Popular Units, Basij and Police command), enemy aircraft were destroyed,” the group says after Iran’s police command claimed an American C-130 plane had been downed in the south of Isfahan.




The spokesperson of Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, the unified command of the Iranian armed forces, said the downed aircraft included a C-130 military transport plane as well as two Black Hawk helicopters.


Earlier on Sunday, Iran’s army also said it had downed an Israeli drone in the same province.


Iran’s state-run media has repeatedly distributed false claims of downed US and Israeli aircraft during the war.


According to a New York Times report, US forces blew up their own C-130 transport planes after they got stuck on an airfield and did not want them to fall into Iranian hands.

BRICS is an economic alliance generously speaking. not a military alliance at all. If you mean Global South by saying 'BRICS'. That's fine.

Iran has developed their missile and drone program even with 40 years of economic sanctions. Russia & China help them on satellite navigation systems.

If Iran survives, there is a very high chance of India having some defense deals with them, very minor ones, Russia and China already have military alliance with Iran so yeah who knows what happens.

BRICS doesn't think in unison. To think in unison, you need shared ideology or be vassal of the country commanding you. EU is both a vassal and has shared ideology(western civilization). That's why NATO worked.

India and China have a huge border problem. We are friendly with Russian, French and Israeli governments. That's why all our military purchases are from these 3 countries.

USA forced India to abandon Chabahar port. We don't even buy oil from Iran after sanctions.

I don't see India ever forming military partnerships with a country like Iran at all. That is delusional. India is not even self sufficient in defence equipment. Why would they anger USA & Israel when we buy equipment from them?
