Until proven otherwise we must assume their weapons are 100% what they claim them to be. But this does pose any interesting question of just how rampant is corruption in their institutes.

Tbh the Agni V Tel , looks like it isnt for travelling long distances or rapid mobility rather just slow paced movements , its tires are surprisingly smaller then any Tel we have seen....
Inappropriate for this thread, however, Agni-P is highly compact and only that will likely see forward deployment if at all. Its launcher is indistinguishable from commercial trailers we see on highways. Easily concealable.
Agni-5 will see deployment from protected bases where you simply roll the missile out from bunkers and fire.
