Pakistan Navy ship Intentionally collides with Indian Navy Ship in Arabian Sea

We should sink some of their subs.

No one will know exactly what happens to them.

Pakistan will not able to present a credible proof in front of world for a submarine hit.

Anyways, sinking due to malfunction of a 25 year old sub(agosta 90b) or chinease sub(hangor) is not something extraordinary or unrealistic.

This will also force them focus more or PN, hence less on PAF, which will help IAF maintain a superiority of PAF.

And PN even in dreams can not come close to IN, the difference is just too deep.

DRDO fuel cell based AIP fitted on kalvari class will be far more stealthy than Hangor.

If the incompetent military and civil leadership of INDIA has an ounce of learning from Op Sindoor, it should immediately release a video of damaged Pakistani OPV, else the Pakistanis will have a narrative that a small Pakistani ship gave a bloody nose to a big Indian warship trying to enter pakistani waters.

New Delhi has summoned Islamabad's top envoy after a Pakistani naval ship collided with an Indian Navy warship in international waters, 15 years after a similar incident sparked tensions in the Gulf of Aden. However, the Indian Navy warship did not suffer any structural damage or injuries to its personnel.

In a strongly worded statement, the MEA said the "unacceptable and unprofessional conduct" of Pakistani naval units led to the collision. The development comes as tensions between India and Pakistan remain at an all-time high following last year's Operation Sindoor.

Sources said this was the second such incident in six months in the Arabian Sea, where Pakistan navy warships have attempted dangerous close manoeuvres near Indian Navy assets deployed for anti-piracy and surveillance missions near the Gulf of Aden.

The incident took place in the North Arabian Sea on the evening of September 15, sources told India Today.

The Indian warship was on a routine surveillance mission when it was shadowed by PNS Hunain, an offshore patrol vessel. Sources said repeated warnings were issued over Channel 16 (maritime radio channel to convey distress).

Despite that, the Pakistani vessel suddenly increased speed and cut across the Indian warship's bow from the starboard side. The bow of the Pakistani vessel eventually brushed against the Indian warship, sources further said.

However, no structural damage has been reported to the Indian warship.

"No structural damage, no injuries, and no loss of capability reported on the Indian side. The Indian warship continued its mission after the incident," sources said.

Separately, the Indian Navy has taken up the matter with the Pakistan military through established channels.

The PNS Hunain, commissioned in July 2024, is equipped with anti-ship, anti-air weapons and sensors, and a terminal defence system.

The Damen Stan OPVs of Pak are having a 25 mm canon, missiles at such low range will be useless.

All frontline indian warships should be equipped with 127mm canons.

A few rounds and 100 less pigs on earth
I Really see the need to go kinda like the italian's route with their ships in general, them going all in naval guns with their 76mm and 127mm cannons on basically nearly every surface combatant gives them a good additional layer of defense right before the CIWS against drones ( surface and air) and missiles while also serving the purpose of point blank fires if push comes to shove. destroyers should have atleast like 3 of 76mm to be honest.

Apparently Damen Stan series OPVs are built to COTS stds to cater to budget navies.

An IN DDG should have held up better compared to the Pakistani vessel. Question is why is GoI not releasing pics and revealing the exact ship involved in this incident.

Is the collision to cover up/ distract to what was actually happening in that area? ....... to cover smuggling/smugglers?

Pretty sure both sides have plenty of smuggling going on under their watchful binoculars.

That or its a similar situation as it is on India China border.
Both sides don't want to fire at each other, but still want to fight without firing.
Using your ship as a go cart Dodgems , being an option 😆
