This is a ex-U.S Ambassador that was speaking about how the recent "surge" in Indian immigration is causing issues.
A case of the high trust that I found from Florida. So, apparently fraud existed there before the "surge" that happened.
Miami resident Lawrence Duran, the owner of a mental health care company, American Therapeutic Corporation (ATC), was sentenced today to 50 years in prison for orchestrating a $205 million Medicare fraud scheme, announced the Department of Justice, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the FBI. Duran, 49, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge James Lawrence King in the Southern District of Florida. Judge King ordered Duran to pay more than $87 million in restitution, jointly and severally with his co-defendants. Duran was also sentenced to three years of supervised release following his prison term. The sentencing hearing for Marianella Valera, the other owner of ATC, is scheduled for Sept. 19, 2011.

In India this thrash would have been treated royally and she is paying it back. Problem is with Indians , we put our own ppl down to impress the foreigners. Then we wonder why we get such treatment. Recently we escorted one of the trump family member in a long cavalcade of cars. Problem is with the ppl at the top , as long they are not affected they dont care abt their country men.
I am thinking of an idea for a novel:
- 零和博弈. It is not enough for Olvana to win. Others, particularly its neighbor Himaldesh must lose.
- In a masterful display of online psyops, Olvana seeds the internet with personas that feed a slow and steady drip of venom aimed at Himaldesh.
- But suddenly, things take a turn, and the brittle nature of the Olvanese Communist system is nakedly made bare as its economy slows, its military found wanting, and the leadership purged and the system is in near chaos.
- 韜光養晦. Bide your time.
- Many years earlier, an Olvanese state agent is introduced to a Himaldesh online strategy forum. For years the account lies mostly dormant.
- The agent is now activated and he uses the Olvanese AI DeepQuest to make long technical posts.
- But each post, is sprinkled with seething hatred for OLD Olvana and abuse for those online Olvanese personas that berated Himaldesh.
- He unites with the Himaldeshi forum members in the inevitable population collapse of the OLD Olvana from which will rise a NEW Olvana!
- Himaldeshi Olvani Bhai Bhai !!

Never seen such humiliation of USA, Trump is such a retard.
If i were president of China and "if" CCP is ready to use militry to conquer Taiwan(a very big if, i dont think CCP want to use militry, atleast not for now).
Then trumps next 2 year is gold, if USA even come to support, just give them high losses.
Trump dont have appetite to digest some losses, Just promise them that China will allow the TSMC to sell unrestricted amount of chips to USA, and Trump will call it victory.

The operational capability just isn't there. Look at Kinmen Island—18,000 PLA soldiers were annihilated in less than 72 hours, including 6,000 who were captured.
