A wishlist for new Government

Why population growth should be tackled, particularly the Hindi speaking belt.....
Well let me give my 2 cents:
1) No govt change will improve india unless a govt/people/revolutionary/militry do a culturer and religious revolution in india
1.5) People is biggest assets of india, if people are against each other then its laughable to think about development or becoming superpower
2) Whatever we say "unity in diversity " it's utter b*llshit(i have never seen any bigger propoganda than this) , any person who has basic understanding of human psychology and human culture know that diversity is "biggest and most fundamental enemy if unity"
USA is less united than ever ? Why ? Its increase in diversity, china is more united than ever, why ? Less diversity
3) Religious diversity is not native to india, yeah ideological diversity is native but not religious, then why the <censored> we need to have a non-native diversity which only and only do harm
4) We need to eliminate religious diversity, either make it full hindu(ban islam and treat islam in same as nazism is treated in modern germany/israel) or full muslim (like saudi arabia which was also idol worshipper before islam)
4.5) Make hindi/english (any one, not both) compulsory, force it on people, every person who is above 10 should have good combination in that language (communication is very imp to have any relationship working, including ethnic/regional relationship)
5) We need to be free market economy( f*k communism/socialism) when govt act as regulator , rule maker and seed funder for new industries/tech
6) Make energy and logistical infra good enough
7) Either migrate north indians to ocean regions( and do agriculture in ganga planes with USA agriculture industry machinery for high efficiency) or make infra(specially DFC and expressway) from north to ports to the "THE BEST" in the world
