DRDO's Advanced Systems Laboratory (ASL) published a paper on mounting flex nozzle systems & electro-hydraulic actuators on solid rocket motors in 2017.
By the notations on the nozzle it seems it is the Agni-4 ballistic missile:
The stage is clearly the 1st stage:
RCRF means Rotating Cum Resting Fixture. Why can't they use "and" instead of "cum" ? How old fashioned are they ?

Such type of TVC was developed decades ago and is also used in agni v isn't it. And which material is used in nozzle I read some where that it is CMC.

Depends on the chamber pressure. Pressure blow or equal to 8 MPa/80 bar can be handled by graphite. Anything above that Cermet/CMC is preferable.

First Stage Support Arm Assembly (FSSA) :
These are used on the Agni missiles. An array of the FSSA are used to connect the 1st stage of the missile with the upper stages. The system allows stage separation within 200 milliseconds.
1. FSSA Agni-1 has a load bearing capacity of 12 tons. 12 tons is the weight of the Re-entry Vehicle (RV) as Agni-1 is a single stage missile.
2. FSSA Agni-2 has a load bearing capacity of 14 tons. 14 tons is the weight of the 2nd stage & the RV.
3. FSSA Agni-3 has a load bearing capacity of 45 tons. 45 tons is the weight of the 2nd stage & the RV.
