Taking things out of context for your own self serving purpose is not going to take things any where. The current govt is doing the same thing that cong was accused of. If Indira gandhi created bhindran wale the current govt is looking to out do them. Whats the idea of the current govt to create fertile ground for enemies to take advantage of ?

What was the Genesis of the terrorist movement in Punjab? I've heard a lot of ignorants parrot the lazy rhetoric that IG was responsible for Bhindranwale in the same way that Modi was held responsible for the Gujarat riots by a section of the English print & AV media.
According to this section, Godhra never happened or if it did it had to be underplayed or was a conspiracy hatched by the BJP itself or they brought it upon themselves or it simply doesn't figure in the narrative.

whether you like it or not the current govt not only failed to bring the bill in a proper manner to get every one aboard but also has mishandled the agitation. Look in politics there is always give & take, talk to ppl who might not have same view as you but that does not mean you jump the gun and pass things arbitrarily. If the current govt had gone through all the normal process and then they are right in saying agitators are disruptors. They could not convince their own allies forget about opposition.
First & foremost you dont call farmers as khalistanis or anti nationals this is cheap political trick. If you keep repeating lies assuming that will force ppl to go away it is plain wrong. We are actually creating fertile ground for khalistanis to find sympathizers. Why bring up a issue that is dead to score political points? To make things worse this very govt cleared the khalistani blacklist. As such they have lot of explaining to do if they raise khalistani issue.

How can you onboard "Hired protesters" and "Rebels without cause" activists who jumps ship and start opposing the laws they themselves demanded since decades? Like CAA/NRC, abrogation of art 35A &370, Adhaar and GST, this too is an old ambitious reform of all political parties. How can you oppose climate activists condoning stubble burning and crops that affect water table? How can you oppose direct MSP trasfer to accounts of farmers without middlemen taking majority of income?

Captain is absolutely and totally right! This move has nothing to do with transperancy. Modi and his Gujrati twins are trying to destroy APMC Mandi System of Punjab & Haryana. Till Mandis are there in Punjab & Haryana, Modi's twins will not be able to penetrate the grain markets of these 2 states and Mudy will not be able to abolish MSP.
Put another way, if APMC is reduced to a formality & other states come forward to sell their foodgrains to pvt players, the entire issue of MSP in Punjab & only Punjab goes for a toss as what Modi & Shah have done is attached strings to the DBT in Punjab which the farmers / arhattiya lobby would never be able to fulfill.
Add to that the fact that Punjab is essentially a foodgrain surplus state which means it requires markets to sell it's produce & not the other way around. This seems right out of the pages of Kautilya's Arthshaastra. In shataranj, it's known as Shah Maat.
I told you before when it comes to baniya buddhi, you're no match for the duo either individually or collectively.
Let the Punjab and Haryana state Govts buy all the subsidised wheat and rice they want and enrich the so much valuable Arhatiyas/Dalals. Why we( both as a taxpayers and small farmers) have to suffer for their money siphoning.
