Any idea what's the price in India?

I heard it starts @15k minimum in UK & AUS

In UK and Aus, 15K make sense. Kookaburra make these locally in India thus cheaper.

However brands like Kokkaburra, GM, New Balance still command premium here for similar quality which one can get cheaper in SS and SG. For 10K, I would have gotten Grade 1 willow with 10 grains easily in SS or SG.

I bought this custom made one for 11k, as I mentioned balance was not good, good ping but broken. Now got it repaired.

Now I will go for a heavy one (even with butterfly marks) which will perform later but durable one.

Bangaluru, one guy, known to me making customized bats.

TBH it doesn't looks like a 11K custom bat. Lots of blemishes in the wood with less defined grains. Grade 2-2.5 willow it seems. 11K custom bat should be of same quality as 15K branded bat where you will get Grade 1 willow.

Or it could be you have taken a close up pic.

Ok,
How you suggest I fix this 😂 ?

This is a ten year old bat. Wasn't expensive but has some sentimental value for me. Hence keeping it but not using it.
Will be great if I could fix it and use again.

Its in really bad shape. You can try applying Fevicol inside the cracks and try the same stuff I did. You have to do it at least 4 areas.

Its bone dry and cracked on the grains due to being in the storage for decades.
Current status : Drenched in super glue.
