Surprisingly, they don't want NI to be part of the UK when it comes to things like same-sex marriage or abortion rights. For these points, then NI is an independent region with its own legislation.

It's a devolved government, like Scotland but is still part of the UK single market, which is essentially no different to countries in the EU all having slightly different laws.

Are they that stupid?? If there is a fresh referendum on final deal, all EU have to do is to give a shity brexit deal that no one could possibly vote for. This will only weaken the UK's negotiation power and EU will never give a good deal.

So what? It's absolutely negligible, the UK power nuisance in Europe is much higher than that.
