GCAP is being expected to be bigger than F-22 with more IWB space:

So it may house at least 2 more BVR-AAMs, may be 2 more IR-CCMs too. A longer bay can house some AGMs too.

AFAIK the only jet to have such fine mesh grill is F-117. It would require de-icing. IDK how exactly it was done in F-117 but generally it is done by engine bleed air (hot). So it should not increase IRS.
What about supersonic performance impact by such mesh?

It is side array antenna indeed. Conformal ones. The future of all fighters.
