It was supposed to reach 400meters after soft-brake, But it only reached 1Km and looks like landing velocity become higher and it crashed
Yes, even I think so as it deviated from the trajectory and its vertical velocity was higher.

Looks like it didnt slow down enough vertical speed and horizontal speed it slowed down bit too much. It is the automated final descent level which screwed it. Untill then everything was smooth.
It did not , there is the predicted trajectory and a permissable margin of deviation from the same. The lander was within the permissible limits infact close to predicted trajectory.
Most probably the landing producing some hiccups
