I think instead of locking this thread complaints , let it be open .Anyone having a complaint of a similar nature can access it .
W.r.t the thread in question , nobody reads such long posts . I had thought of posting all 6 parts out here on the same thread but decided to start out with part 1 - as a teaser to check response . Alas ! We've yet to see a single post out there .
Hence your fears about this generating a heated response is quite unfounded . This thread is going to die a quiet and quick death.
P.S - If I were part of the management team , I wouldn't be so hasty to call it a think tank . At least not in its very first week . The complaint thread has attracted more posts than the thread itself .
If you are not having a complaint means two things.
1. Either you are not bothered .
2. Or there is nothing happening around.
I am happy to see the complaints page growing , keeps us motivated at the back-end , means we are definitely doing something to stir things up and secondly we have a membership who values what we do. Its definitely a good thing.
