It could be a defensive measures by our guys as well. GPS denial is after all mostly a defensive measure. Otherwise I don't understand why we would issue NOTAMs for that.
Also Pakistanis are probably doing the same. They probably expect us to do something, so they are being defensive.
When did congress ask? If they did, it would've been big news, won't it? And was there any reply?
2. We have a military dictatorship in our neighborhood. It would be better if we keep this in mind during our discourse. Theres no point in debating how much power munir has, who can check him etc.. It's dictatorship. How does India deal with it from now on.
3. Let's not forget Iran. Although it's relatively silent right now... The west is still trying to uproot the regime, bring "democracy" etc. Will regime just let it go like that? The plot is at least two years old likely more . This didn't follow Operation Sindoor , it preceded it which means this was set in motion at Munira's behest much before Pahalgam or Operation Sindoor happened.

As far as the evidence you've presented is concerned , these are leads. They need to be backed up with actionable evidence. Big difference.
There's another important factor you're missing. We don't enjoy good relations with the US which wasn't the case when Operation Sindoor was launched.
For us to defy the west & the US in particular we need a iron clad case backed up by irrefutable evidence.
Even that may not find favour with the US but there's the rest of the world which'd be convinced.
At the end of the day let's face it , we aren't Israel to have the unstinted support of the US. Leaderji us focused more on repairing the relationship with the US & growing the economy.

This plot IF of Pak origin would have been groomed and matured over years. The scale of penetration the number of actors - this takes time.
Most likely a response to the unknown gunmen program, the TTP, the BLA activities. Its a display of capability, also gets some revenge - there are no Pakistani terrorists in India. Targetting each other's intel officers is a No No, so terror it is.

This time India is doing a much thorough investigation so they strongly feel Dec/Jan is the time to watch.
One takeaway - Leaderji is the boogeyman for Pak - they have an almost religious belief that he will attack.

I am stunned that the Ricin incident is not getting the coverage it deserves. Had that gone through as planned, it would have been an unprecedented attack with massive number of casualties. I don't know about the rest, but that alone qualified this as something that warranted a response. Add to that 32 freaking cars laden with explosives.

In current societal and power structures , Might needs to be utilized in a way to influence the mind, its not direct power kinda way. use of morals, emotional appeal, demonization against opponents is the new way of domestic war, Ability to mass influence people's to make it psychologically appealing for them to support you, psychologically hard to go against the new moral baseline you set, and then hard power for minority that is not psychologically restricted, all while finding mass moral justification for your beliefs, actions etc.
We must show some patience. The GOI is aware of the seriousness of the situation, and they understand that JEM/Pakistan-funded terrorists will not stop their activities. However, we need to complete our tasks. First, we should eliminate all internal proxies, trace the money trail and identify the handlers who are in touch with these guys. If a strike happens this time, there will be heavy economic destruction. Ultimately, it is up to India to determine the objectives of the strike. but I think India will strike on Terrorist camps.
