Chemists and engineers should be also be need to be under radar. Although, anyone with a BSc in Chemistry or Physics can easily pull these kind of stuff. So, that makes it very difficult thing to do. For example back in my college days, one of our peer accidentally made some explosives in the college lab. Fortunately the faculties caught him before he could blow up the whole lab thanks to his stupidity. Anyone with a STEM degree including myself probably knows how to do it, but the only insanse kind would actually try to make such things. However, finding those insane people among lakhs of STEM graduates is like finding needle in stacks of hey.

Super speciality degree like DM, MCH seats are not even getting filled now..

Most either open clinic or try to get a job in some private medical institutions. Where the salary is good. But I have never heard anyone getting as low as 30k though...i remember my friend who did his MBBS getting a salary of 60k per month a few years back. That's a decent salary for India.
Btw Government physicians get paid higher salary than national avg in J&K. I don't think salary was ever a problem for these people.

( India, Srilanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Cambodia, Thailand and many more) It's erry. It's easy to control dynasties. You can get a conflict started and ended as you see fit. Nehru Dynasty is more close with bhuttos & sharifs dynasty than it probably is with DMKs, Lalus dynasty.
That's also why I see the desperation of dynasty in India these days. (The losing grip over the power corridors, the establishment ), The mindset of default choice probably came crumbling down after 2019. The rest including the likes of Barkha Dutt, psuedo liberals.. these are just usefull troops and tools that they won't even blink an eye before discarding them. After all, 0.1% isn't a group of people. It's a group of family & political empires. Clintons, Rothschild, Rutherford(?), Royals of Middle east, Oligarchs, CCP, many lesser known running empires in dark. But they aren't your typical dynasties in subcontinent. These are amateur compared to them, both in terms of time and resources. That includes Ambanis, Adanis, TATAs.. most of them have only seen 2-3 generations and haven't proliferated enough to be at 0.1% but probably getting closer. With increasing investment, stakes in West Asia, Africa, Pacific etc.
So, i stand by my earlier assertion that this is a "Agnipariksha" that India must go through to be allowed to sit at the power table. That includes current political, security as well as economical brass. Let's see what approach we take ( offense is the best defense. Or defense is the best offense) altho, i dont think you can really defend with offense in our current dilemna for long. 1. Safety and vigilance tips for the civilians.
2. The enemy within - sleeper cells and Pak based terror infiltration within India. Ways to counter.
3. The new normal - Act of terror is act of war, yet the timid response from GoI despite establishing JeM links with the Delhi terror attack and the 32 explosive laden cars.
4. Ricin poisoning attempt - why it is not getting the screen time it deserves? This falls under CBRN threat and practically no one is talking about this. Steps that GoI and citizens can take to safeguard from such attacks.
5. Guarantees that Pakistan is relying on (probably from US?) which has emboldened them to this extent.
6. Lack of response from India sets a new threshold of acceptance and this kind of attack following the same modus operandi will continue going forward.

Our guys should try all kind of covert ops. And they probably do. But I don't think Pakistan establishment values their citizens lives as much as we do.
