Hyderabad-based Laurus Labs has signed a memorandum of association with Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IITK) for introducing novel gene therapy assets in India and other markets. Though such studies are questionable , but in our own experience we see it around . Answer in my opinion is less of cricket , card games , carrom and more of football , hockey , badminton clubs , gyms , akhada , marathon clubs . Sweet potato instead of potato ( sweet potato lower glycemic index ,) , Parboiled rice ( glycemic index less than brown rice and far lower to white rice ) , more of coarse grains , millets , vegetable and egg/fish in diet and we need to be aware of indian junk foods . Piza burger etc are not the only junk foods . Yoga , meditation for stress management .
