also the leak is from 2022 which BABUK CLAIMS they hacked,
apparently BABUK 2.0 is notorious for claiming and stealing someone else work and get money
they don't have actual data i guess,

There are stuff right in front of us available via minimal fuss or effort. Some know where & when to look for apparently. Have written to them few times about it before but very little change.

Scientific stuff is such that even with high degree of leaked doc, one find it very hard to utilise because the information are always obfuscated and/or very vague in nature. Over the years we have seen enough stuff, drawing and all that of entire systems, and yet we will be nowhere to make onee ourselves.

Is this Breached Forums? The dark website that is famous for being a market place for hackers and ransomware admins to make money by selling stolen data, I thought it closed or is this a different site?

Seems like Puneet Agarwal isn’t very tech savvy and he got his personal device, maybe work laptop or phone hacked. These babus have no idea of Operational Security. I think it should be a requirement in the exams like UPSC to at least have a basic OPSEC knowledge. He might have fallen to a phishing attack. We still can’t say with surety how much data has been leaked. This data still have some important information on facilities etc.
