Was it an iaf sam or IA sam that took down the heli?
Are you confirming the multan shoot down because you have recently confirmed it yourself or to keep everyones moral high after confirming we shot down our own heli?

I knew of own shot down by 27 Feb 19 evening. Needed to confirm things. Obviously could not let things in public domain which was not officially confirmed.

If you read my a-la Baba style post, it was to indicate both sides shooting their own assets down on 27 Feb 19.

As for JF-17, that is as far as I could confirm, downed in Multan, wreckage near North-Eastern edge of Runway adjoining the taxiway, removed immediately. Ly-80/HQ-16 off South-West Corner nearer to Army Aviation dispersal engaged it some distance off, the pilot was trying to get it in as was over the town and ejection could have led to fantastic casualties as far as what is reportedly said to have happened.

Israel releases video everytime it bombs gaza, US released satallite imagery when it bombed airfields in syria. Russian released video when in bombed anti syrian rebels with american weponery but if any one questions GOI’s claim they are simply anti national.

My simple question, can you actually put out IAF's and GoI's official claims? I am not talking of speculation and assumptions/source based reports.

And are you seriously comparing US' and Russia's campaign against ISIS in unopposed air spaces with India in Pakistani Airspace?

And head back to my original post, wherein I clearly said that expect an air strike, from Heron-TPs (induction of which PKS confirmed days after my posting of it) in a way that allows the GoP to deny it?

That was always to allow them the space to deny it, the moment you go public over the evidence you have, GoP will be lynched by the common man on street.

As for Abhinandan, Ms Seetharaman has met him, at Army Hospital R&R, visiting him in his room, with his family there.

My reverse, why is PA refusing to acknowledge the sacrifice of more than 150 of its' troops over the past 03 weeks? May I know? Ah .. do you want me to post picture of your own officers denying your troops in Kargil?

One never 'intercepts' own helicopter. The Battery Commander, whose job it was to identify, will be dealt with. Blue on blue is not uncommon. Your own side shot down the F-16 that was already crippled by Mig-21, injuring the pilots grievously. And of course the returning JF-17 didn't get a chance either. Isn't HQ-16 there in Multan?

And yes, we have quite good ELINT/SIGINT assets. Phalcons are fun you see...... and they reach out to 400 odd kilometers in radius for ELINT/SIGINT, not even talking about the platform which was there actually, which is much better.

I believe 01 was grievously injured with the missile hitting, difficult to say whether Mig-21s or PAF AMRAAM/PA AD. The other, injured less seriously, got lynched. The one grievously injured is also believed to have died in hospital.
