this led to an unexpected effect - the concerned general was declared " mad " by the pakistani establishment and thus was used as an excuse to halt his summon by the international war crime tribunal.
Same type of ' effect ' was observed when a pakistani soldier was declared " mad " by pakistani establishment when he was to be summoned for shooting an Indian soldier while on UN mission.
Going by the above precedents , do you realise how many pakistani generals you are condemning to be declared as " mad " by their very own government.
