Such a sad state of affairs. Everyone knows the requirements, but no one initiated any indigenous development. It should have been done immediately after the earlier tender expired. Five years have been wasted.

I'm kinda baffled tbh how none of the Indian companies have even remotely showed any intent to make a platform like Biho despite this going as far as back to 2021. It's not like they are incapable of making such a platform.
