PAF did not even dare intercept the Balakot strike package. The next day PAF launched bombs which missed. PAF managed to lose an F-16 to a MiG-21.

Seems the most potent weapon we have is the incompetence of PAF !!!!

Does the OP believe Pakistanis would be quiet if they downed a Su30 with a F16? Does he believe that?

Entire Pakistani lives on the assumption that they are superior to bhartis. If they have a tangible proof would they keep quiet?. This would be the coup of the century. Indian morale would be decimated to nothing. The whole nation would bring down the government.
