what makes you think that news is not planted but really true. Do we have the original source for the news?
So it seems Indo-Russian relationship is at its last leg..

Need to agree he says "India should be on board and will be on board, India is not yet on onboard as only those ppl who have influence on taliban will be there". Unless we have some faction which can create trouble in afghanistan we will be on side lines. Presumably they dont want iran - afghanistan railway line that India is pursuing not to go through as it will reduce the importance of both russia & pakistan.Russian officials have already voiced similar opinion on live TV last year. ie India have no role to play in Afghanistan.

We are not that worthless either as they are trying to tell. It’s true that unlike Pakistan we don’t have any terrorist organisation to boast of, still we have stakes in Afghan Govt and Northern Alliance which both Russia and Pakistan don’t recognise.Need to agree he says "India should be on board and will be on board, India is not yet on onboard as only those ppl who have influence on taliban will be there".
