Internal Counter-Terror Ops by Indian Security Forces and NIA : News and Updates

TTP are the guys who did the school episode in Peshawar. They dont think much before pulling the trigger.
Yes but that was cause & effect. The PA was going hammer & tongs during Operation Zarb e Khasb in KPK especially FATA where they used artillery & air power. The logic was if they can destroy our homes render us internal refugees wantonly target women & children why can't we?

If you've noticed post that outrage the PA was more measured in their response.. Of course the top leadership of the TTP had long since escaped to Afghanistan, the second & third rung followed.

Which Is why I didn't put it beyond them just not so early in the campaign.

How're the local tamil press reporting this bit of news ? This channel seems to be conveying very alarming news indeed . As usual our English MSM is silent . There's a deep nexus between elements in Afghanistan , Iran , Pakistan , the Gulf , SL ,. Maldives & of course India . All "peaceful" activities.

Of late we've been witnessing alarming quantities of drugs being seized either in ports or on the high seas sometimes with arms consignments too . All this cannot be coincidental .

Btw I've watched this channel for its coverage of the recently attempted suicide bomb blast of a temple in Coimbatore as well . Back then too , the coverage of that issue was inadequate in the English MSM . I believe this Major Madhan ex IA has a Tamil & English channel as well . Any views on it ? @Sathya

Hi, long video,, didn't see. Much.
Basically what I know is..

State government DMK tried to brush it under carpet. One of it s MLA even told media that these chemical s are common one.. used in fertilizer.

BJP TN Annamalai with his IPS background, and centre s intel,

Made good use of the situation and proved his worth to people of TN. It was bang on the buck.
( rest of the time, his argument will not be this sharp , added to his informal behavior at times.)

Coming to this Terror incident, seems like a big nexus has surfaced.. Linking Sri Lankan Jamath, Kerala terror centre and Tamil nadu extremists..

-------+-++-+-_-+

Point to Note : Saudi Arabia banned this Jamath Or some group.. Not yet in India.

I also had discussion with my batch mate what's app group long back during Sri Lanka bombings.. In which few non hindu members who also had views against BJP believed that this jamath group not related with terror and involved in social helping activities like blood donation as such...

It's easy to get caught between religion & Politics, and not focus on what's wrong.

If Muslims are using the BJP to justify organizations like these, where was the BJP in TN during the Coimbatore bomb blasts in 1998? Fact of the matter which nobody in the South least of all the Muslim society there wants to confront is that with growing literacy & pursuit of higher education along with plenty of money especially Gulf money in Kerala, has led to significant amounts of radicalization in these 2 states.

ISIS recruiting in Kerala reportedly around 100 but easily much more than that ~ 2014-15 & the fact that there were deep connections between the SL suicide bombers & people in TN leads us to this conclusion.

You can go back even further in history to the time during the partition. Huge groups of Tamil Muslims voted for the Muslim League & left for Pakistan. There's a significant Tamil Muslim diaspora in Karachi, believe it or not. What's even more surprising is the amount of support Jinnah received from the Tamil Muslims coz unlike the rest of the country TN saw practically no partition related violence , even otherwise Hindu Muslim communal violence in TN then & later was unheard of. Yet nobody can explain the radicalism among Tamil Muslims then or now .

This character here is a very good example of what I'm referring to.

He was asked by Jinnah to stay behind "to secure th e interests of the Muslims in India after partition" after the collapse of the league in India. He represented the Muslim League as it's President in the Constituent Assembly debate & started off by reviving the demand for separate electorates till Sardar Patel intervened to tell him that a separate nation was already created by those who believed on it & that he should make his way there.

Which in turn raises the question that if the Muslim League position was known why were they invited to serve in the Constituent Assembly? It's part of the same syndrome the Congress has always suffered from & still is suffering from - the ticklish anus syndrome where they require new d*cks regularly up their a r s e.

And here's an article completely whitewashing him, part of the same Gaandhian Nehruvian Congress mentality or sickness still with us.

Incidentally he contested elections for the LS from TN but lost miserably everytime till he shifted to Kerala where the commies under Namboodaripad there was Godsend or Allah Send to the League who carved out separate Muslim majority districts from where he won his first election & kept winning till his death.

Can't Allow Organisations Seeking Islamic Rule In India: Centre To Supreme Court

New Delhi:
The central government filed a counter-affidavit in the Supreme Court justifying its eighth successive ban on the Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) as an 'unlawful association'.

The Centre told the Supreme Court that 'any organisation that has the objective of establishing Islamic rule in India cannot be permitted to exist.' They should not be allowed to be perpetuated in our secular society, the Centre further added.

The Centre has filed an affidavit pertaining to a petition challenging the ban on SIMI.

The affidavit was considered on Wednesday by a bench led by justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul, which is seized of a petition filed by a former SIMI member challenging the 2019 ban order of a tribunal constituted under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).

The Centre, in its affidavit, submitted alleged, "SIMI objectives are contrary to the country's laws as the organisation aims to mobilize students and youth in the propagation of Islam and obtain support for 'Jehaad.'

It emphasised that despite being banned over a number of years, SIMI through various front organizations continued to indulge in unlawful activities, therefore, a new ban had been issued.

"Despite being banned since September 27, 2001, except for a brief period in between, the SIMI activists are associating, meeting, conspiring, acquiring arms and ammunitions, and indulging in activities which are disruptive in character and capable of threatening the sovereignty and territorial integrity of India," stated the Centre in its affidavit.

Adding further, the Centre maintained that SIMI activists are in regular touch with the associates and masters of SIMI based in other countries and the actions are capable of disrupting peace and communal harmony in the country.

"Their stated objectives are contrary to the laws of our country. Especially their object of establishing Islamic rule in India can, under no circumstances, be permitted to subsist," the Centre said.

Stressing that SIMI continues to exist despite the continuous prescription since 2001, the government pointed out that the latest order of a five-year ban in 2019 was necessitated in view of the group carrying on its unlawful activities through more than three dozen front organisations, which had regrouped across several states under different names.

"There are over three dozen other front organizations through which SIMI is being continued. These front organizations help SIMI in various activities including collection of funds, circulation of literature, regrouping of cadres, etc."

The Centre urged the SC to dismiss the petition challenging the Centre's decision to ban SIMI as an "Unlawful Association."

During the hearing, the petitioner's counsel sought time to file a rejoinder on Centre's affidavit on the ground that it has examined the counter.

The counsel appearing for Centre also sought adjournment.

The court adjourned the matter on the request made by both counsels.
