As I said above,your only victory is counselor access.you can't bring him home.i was watching indian channels.they all were hopeful for his release but now calling counselor access a victory.i say it has changed nothing.his Irani passport accepted as valid and it makes him a spy.this is what we wanted from icj.what do you think why we wanted to fight here at icj? I have a bit different view point on the whole development. We may get consular access to Kulbhushan, and those who have served in foreign service know what consular access is. But I don't find the ICJ verdict very amusing, yes it's a relief for Kulbhushan, he has a life now as a prisoner, but looking at Pakistan's record in the past, this country has a bad image dealing with the prisoners. I would be really amused and thanked ICJ if they has asked Pakistan to release him.

Given as aid yeah keep flying , If F16 is an indicator for development instead of education , health , economy then this sumps up the character of Pakistani state , a typical security state with poor civilian system and too powerful security apparatus
