Even in India, I have seen a very large number of trainer pilots use highly offensive language. I have trained over 800 captains and co-pilots in India and I never had a reason to even raise my voice on them. Briefing and debriefing must be strictly followed to avoid such situations.
I think this conversation needs to be revisited. When it was first leaked a few years ago, Paxtanis claimed it was a parody or that it didn't have anything to do with PIA. I don't think in the light of recent revelations, they can defend the happenings described in the conversation as a figment of ones imagination.

I will never get into a situation which forces me to use my superior experience and flying skills. A superior pilot is one who does not get into situations which require use of his superior flying skills. A good pilot will act much in advance to correct a situation and also avoid getting into such a situation.There are seldom any pilots who have experienced crash that too two times, fighter or normal. As a passenger if there is slight turbulence on board logo ki hawa tight ho jati hai thode se mein hi.
Now days there is new controvery that pilots forced to use flap 3 for all landing or go around if no gear down at 800ft ? So you would care less I guess about that because you would be flying manual

No, I was not part of DGCA. But in another capacity, I did deal with them at the highest level including ministry.So that means you also must have been a part of DGCA and advisorybord for airlines to formulate safety procedures and help airlines reduce flying cost through specific landing and take of profiles?
