This is from Sahiwal, Punjab Pakistan. Apparently this is a doctor who's a German citizen of Pakistani origin on a visit back home. He installed a plaque outside his home with his name & that of his father on it.
That's where the trouble began. Apparently he wrote Shaheed as a prefix before his father's name in honor of his ultimate sacrifice as part of the PA in the 1971 war but as he's an Ahmeddiya, under present rules only a Muslim can use such honorifics not a non Muslim especially an Ahmeddiya.
Soon enough a local mullah noticed this & what you're seeing now followed.
In case you're feeling sympathetic towards Ahmeddiyas let me remind you that they were the foremost among Muslims in the demand for Pakistan. There's a whole thesis or multiple ones that can be written on the Ahmeddiyas & how they fuelled Hindu hatred in pre partition Punjab only to suffer in present day Pakistan what they inflicted / wanted to inflict on Hindus .
