Yeah too much activity suddenly out of nowhere, Pakistan crashing down, IMF deal awaiting final approval even when Pakistan already loaned the country, China not helping Pakistan, Taliban US talks suddenly in past two days showing sign of revival, FATF APG Group meeting 2 days back not went as per plan for Pakistan, US-Iran relation getting worst.
If Modi comes to power, I'm betting on another Pulwama. Not necessarily in the Valley and in all likelihood will be blamed on ISIS. Objective would be ISIS has gained in Pakistan and the terror narrative & is likely to / will spreasd across N India. Would rrequire more time to comply with the FATF lift and rid the world of ISIS, the protests of India & Afghanistan notwithstanding. Just my 2 cents.Yeah too much activity suddenly out of nowhere, Pakistan crashing down, IMF deal awaiting final approval even when Pakistan already loaned the country, China not helping Pakistan, Taliban US talks suddenly in past two days showing sign of revival, FATF APG Group meeting 2 days back not went as per plan for Pakistan, US-Iran relation getting worst.
Considering all this looks like Pakistan is being squeezed for every drop and "irreversible behavioural change" is being shoved down the throat. Clear choice is given help with Taliban or with Iran if you want loan. Give up Terrorism in India to deescalate and avoid blacklist in FATF as Modi's 2nd term is inevitable. Looks like a genuine attempt (if things are moving like that) or atleast sacrificing jihadi to survive and fight another day.
Blame on IS wont stick, links to Pakistani terrorists will be found. IS is not here so no matter how much drama Pakistan does everyone will know who is responsible, with so many intelligence agencies of world working it's impossible for Pakistan to blame IS.If Modi comes to power, I'm betting on another Pulwama. From 1 Jan 2019 to today it is around 35-40. In the last month and this month there has been a large no. of surrenders/arrests instead of kills.
By surrenders I meant arrests. No kills. There has been quite many of them recently. I think I posted some of them here. Not many surrenders
Holy...............that many. I was counting by the no of posts. How many locals ? It seems there has been an uptick in activities in summer months.form 1 Jan 19 till 19th May a total of 87 were killed, more than 15 have been killed in the last 4 days

There is hatred for India in the valley but there is exhaustion from violence in some... the one who want to be mujahedin are many so mostly locals but it 60-40 now, literally drawing support from family. Pakistan is not in a State to fund any one, Hurriyet runs on $$$. So all their feelings apart, its near impossible for them.
