No they didn't. The British got several contingents of Pashtuns, Sikhs & Gurkhas apart from native princes to support them against their mutineeing troops which also included Pashtuns from Avadh & Bihar. Nasserudin Shah's ancestor who arrived here from Afghanistan & was given the jagir of Sardanha near Meerut was an active collaborator of the British during the mutiny.

You know, such aggression and day to day LAC or LOC breach is pretty normal. There are many such things which civilians like you me and others aren't aware of at all and have happened which if in public comes could lead to war hysteria. Your Army , Indian Army and Chinese Army knows very well what to leak into media and what not. Some news are deliberately leaked when required for x y or z reasons.

In regional skirmish, neither Pakistan wants nor China and not even India wants that any other takes advantage and this is why China will not support you openly in case of conflict with India. Because that leads to some one else entering the region.

What do you think, your ISI is not countering the Chinese? Who knows your generals have fixed a deal with Indians to counter China in Pakistan so that they can't expand much ;)

why are you angry on me? i stated the facts. yes i agree that wartime intrusion has different priority as compared to peacetime intrusion. i don't know your capabilities in indian ocean but why you mentioned USN? do you rely on united states navy? they are in your water. obviously peacetime intrusion.China is also a rising super power. i understand that we are enemies just because of ideology or kashmir ow whatever but china is not the same. you are underestimating china.

i agree that few incidents remain secret. my point is simple. china is much bigger than india and pakistan and they have much better gear and weapons,even jets. fight against china is not the right solution.even small skirmish can turn into bloodbath.

They have huge number of gear and jets but what they don't have is the quality. And even if they have that, the LAC is 100% mountainous, the dynamics change. You know if India blocks Indian ocean region for the Chinese, they will go bankrupt in one year. That's why they built a road from Pakistan and you think in case of war India will allow the Chinese to use Arabian sea? No.

If China was so confident, they would by now taken over Arunachal Pradesh but see they ar facing problems in Hong Kong and Taiwan now. Infact your own Army doubts Chinese now days.
 
If it is a invasion at the scale of kargil, why we are not using force? Are we that much incapable?

Seems they are preparing for the skirmish. Right now India's condition is weak due to corona and economy is bad. If China hits India , the Indian economy will doom further. There is a danger, but can be countered by deploying IN close to Vietnam.

For any misadventure in Ladhak, Chinese should know that what's coming for Shanghai and other economic hubs of China. Although I doubt China will do anything as such, but India should be vigil.

Economic power turns to Military power with a lag, so does economic weakness.. The weakness of the Indian economy will not have any impact of Indian military preparedness in the short term. It will only have an effect in the medium term. I hope the chinese are aware of this..
