I would not fret too much over it yet. There is absolutely no point in heading in to a war over it. Ideally, payback should (& is) in similar intensity and fashion, only incremental in terms of no of targets/effect achieved. The same is being done by other means.

Pakistan now most probably wants to reduce tensions with India so that they can move their troops towards western front. Cease fire , briyani talks, journalism tours on the cards. Now from LOC main focus is Afghanistan. The Balakot/Pulwama chapter has been officially closed.
