North Korean Military Aviation

Looks like the NoKos have climbed up a few levels. An MQ-4C class drone and a large AWACS.

Planned modernization coming up, I suppose. Likely to be funded by Russia and China.
whether it is capable or not but intent & determination is clear. If they want it they will go for it. Iran & NK demonstrate that you dont need latest or greatest weapons even something having 60-70% capability but low priced systems will be far more useful .

Frankly current govt has been an absolute disappointment. Like all the previous govts they are just pure BS and no substance.

With Russia under sanctions, they are taking advantage of their position by funding and arming other sanctioned countries.

NoKo is soon gonna get older Mig-29s and Su-27s. Supplying a division of troops to Russia could also help fund their modernization. Kim was seen inspecting the Su-35 and Su-57, so something is in the works, especially after the AWACS demonstration.

NoKo needs about 40-80 heavy jets and 100 light jets. Checkmate is a viable option for both NoKo and Iran. Even Venezuela.

Frankly current govt has been an absolute disappointment. Like all the previous govts they are just pure BS and no substance.

It will seem that way until all the pieces start falling together.

It's embarrassing we can't do this. What is stopping us for going for the phalcons and tapas. And why aren't we attempting drones of this capability when China literally funded this for the NoKo's as a side project.
I take back what I said. It's most likely it's the iranians that have sold the wreckage to NoKo and China. The iranians most likely got the wreckage of the drones when they shot it in 2019

Exactly when countries which are isolated can do this India is still taking baby steps for last 2 decades. Literally there is responsibility & accountability. We should have opened up to private sector long time back.
pieces start falling together.
falling apart, remember this govt has been in power for more than a decade and except a temple & amendment they have nothing much to show for.

We have AWACS programs. A big drone currently isn't a priority for us today.

They have signed sufficiently large deals, like Apache, Chinook, Rafale/S-400, frigates, SSNs, LCA etc, with some soon-to-happen deals like NGD, NGF, P-75I etc, apart from a lot of hidden capex investments in preparation for a massive modernization that will begin in a few years for the IA and IAF once the IN's deals are done.

IN has gotten the first priority as per what the Modi govt said as soon as they came into power. The next one on the list is the IAF, awaiting LCA Mk2 and MRFA, followed by IA with light tank, FICV, and FRCV.

They are stupid monkeys, absolutely brainwashed by west culturally & politically. They had no business in poking in ukraine. Now they understand how things work. These minions tend to dance more than their masters.

I remember that both Japan and SoKo resisted for a while before eventually applying sanctions.
