Zimbabwe was the breadbasket of Africa under British rule, now they have a food shortage. And many ex-colonial countries spend time fighting tribal and civil wars, and dealing with Islamist cults. I see no improvement.

The time of birth is calculated from the moment a child is born and takes first breath in the air. The time of severing the umbilical chord is also taken as the time of birth to make the horoscope.
