For me PKS will always be the original story teller unlike the proliferation of derivative & fake story tellers we have now.
My reading of his blog suggests he had a pretty good track record in prediction . Something close to 7-8 / 10 which to my mind is phenomenal.
A good deal of it could probably be put down to his networking & access to power / influence centers.
Equally his experience in reading the room based on past precedence / experience of the way decision making at the highest levels happens played a huge role in his predictions being more on target than off target .
His derivatives belong more to the Avi Raina school . Keep repeating predictions & when it doesn't come true go underground for 6 months & resume activities as if nothing happened.

I was an avid reader of the blog but his writings for publications like Force Magazine were decidedly sensationalist and at times heavily plagiarized.
