You can certainly say that the Chinese are all lies. But there is no way to avoid the situation where the Indian Air Force is helpless when facing only 20 J-10Cs. And the PLAAF has 260 J-10Cs. 340 J-16s. 300 J-20s.
How will the Indian Air Force face China? Don't worry. The Indian Air Force Commander said that they will soon have the 7th generation fighter.

Plaaf certainly can't scare anyone. After all, several Indian Air Force marshals have vowed that the Rafale can easily defeat the J-20. India has 36 Rafale fighters, which can not only easily defeat China, but also the United States. The Rafale fighter is so powerful.

The plan is to use the PAF for propaganda and show chinese hardware deluding the masses of superiority. While the PA starts further radicalisation of its awam in inner regions of Punjab, KPK and Sindh. They know their army will collapse within a month of total war. They plan to either nuke themselves out of existence or create a situation where lot of jihadist factions get their hands on nukes once they lose power and create multiple factions trying to takeover the Pakistani landmass.
India will effectively end up being in Kashmir surgency of enourmous size.

AMCA MK2 is the definitive plan of IAF to take on PLAAF. But it won't get FOC before 2038-40. PAF is getting J-35s from this year itself. We can't wait 10-15 years for our own VLO jet solution. Thus Su-57 in 'any' form(E/M/M1/MKI/2-seat MKI etc.) is our only option as of now.
This conflict has proved that Israel and Russia are our ONLY all-weather friends. Can't trust Euro/Murican snakes as now they have seen our real might. They will try to undermine us at any cost, IMO.

We should go all in and operationalize Netra Mk1a AWACS in good numbers by 2030 along with Tejas Mk1a with Uttam AESA radar and Astra Mk2. Astra Mk2 launched by Tejas Mk1a and guided by Netra AWACS is a very deadly combination. We also need EW and comjam planes.

One thing this air conflict clearly sends a message no matter how good your air assets are if your bases can't defend itself, the bird's won't even fly,
