Operation Sindoor: India Strikes Terroist Camps Inside Pakitsan

Not very effective. Blooming makes laser not a very good solution for shooting down missiles.

You can shoot down drones however.

I have my doubts. But yes, we lost jets. There is no doubt in that. DGMO also echo'ed same. Good thing? No pilot loss. Machines can be replaced.

Pakistan likely lost both.
I still think this one is the same video that we thought was the mirage. The night video where we were confused if it was the mirage or jf-17. It does look closer to the jf-17 than the mirage. It could also be the same mig 29 just video is of morning. The mica missile is another issue. It either is a jf-17 or a mig 29. Since the day 1 claim was of a jf-17 being shotdown. Although we don't know. But one thing is clear the photo is of an rd-33 or rd-93ma. It's definitely a rd-33 series engine.
I personally dont think we lost any Mirages. Rafale sure but no mirage.

See the bluish hue neer the afterburner. This could be the same plane which we confused as the jf-17 and mirage.
The al-31fp is huge and the wreckage area is too small

Al-31fp for comparison
I get not answering but if no Rafale/Rafales had been shot down he'd very likely answered the journalist question with a no.
They won't give casualty assesment until the completion of Op Sindoor.

And also they lost them not only in air to air engagement but also due to hangars falling on their pilots face 😂. No matter how much they howl over their air to air kills on us, such a humiliating way to lose pilots cannot be disguised nor denied even by them.

Let's hope we get a detailed de briefing from air force ASAP.

There's a whisper that India is recalibrating during the ceasefire for a more sustained campaign. It's just a ceasefire this cht can easily cook off again.

I assert this with absolute conviction, having consulted three authoritative figures from the U.S. State Department, Department of Defense, and Pentagon, who are closely monitoring the India-Pakistan conflict. Their unanimous assessment is that the current ceasefire represents a strategic pause by India, intended for restocking, regrouping, and reassessing targets, reflecting a shift in Indian military doctrine. When I proposed a 20-day timeline, they unanimously disagreed, estimating a shorter duration of approximately two weeks or less, and noted that India’s strategic targeting of Pakistan’s rear air force bases signals insecurity and an intent to exploit these vulnerabilities again. They emphasized that Pakistan requires clear strategic foresight and well-defined objectives to navigate this crisis effectively. This pause, they caution, is a prelude to India’s calculated escalation, underscoring the need for Pakistan’s resolute preparedness.

His credentials seem legit but he also believes Pakistan captured IAF pilot. So take it for what is worth.

Pak already said they didn't capture any pilot. As for the rest we need to wait and see. How many people here think we will restart pummeling them and that this ceasefire is just a short break?

We're already working on MW-class DEW/Laser weapon(both ground based & airborne) to intercept tactical ballistic missiles. But first we will deploy 30KW, 100K and 300KW DEWs on our ground/Naval platforms before we climb up the MW class ladder.

Hi guys. Don't know if this belongs here but let's not get carried away by the victory. China will double their efforts to prop up Pakistan now. In the long run we will need more infra to control the flow of water into Pak which will take years to materialise. Next few months will tell what the Chinese will aim to do.

Pak is not the prize! The real enemy is China.

Chinks are feeling a fund squeeze.

Paks can get the goods if they pay in hard currency. Chinks need the hard cash to build up their forces for the showdown with Unkil.

Given how pakistan was punched to pulp it was worth losing few planes , probably we should try again :ROFLMAO: . We should have also hit CPEC & gwadar port.

Only disadvantage is that we might be revealing our tactics & equipment capability to chinese. Chinese might use pakistanis as fodder stock to draw in India & probe our systems.
