Trouble with Mirage 2000 theory is that Mirage 2000s operate from Maharajpura base. Why will they be doing CAP like missions in Jammu?

This should rule out Mirage-2000 being shot down. Because Mirage 2000s do not do CAP. They are too far from Kashmir.
