Do you know what it means? last time other SA and Pakistan, no one had recognised Taliban govt. But this time many nations including India will do so. On a serious note , the last time Kashmiri Mujahideen as we call them, were trained in this area was on 1996 ,97. We stopped training program after that.
Proof is in the pudding. The Kashmiri boys in skinni jeans your CPRF kills and boasts about it are too easy and unskilled. So untrained.
Ask old CPRF from the 90s and they will tell you the difference
