Pakistan Navy gets its first spy ship, PNS Rizwan, courtesy China
With this ship, smaller than the Indian counterpart, Pakistan has joined an elite list of countries to operate these ships, including India, France, the US, the UK, Russia, and China.

That is...surprisingly tiny for an MRIS in this day & age. I don't imagine this ship would have much power on tap to operate those sensors (or rather, those sensors would be commensurate with the capabilities of their platform).
It might be able to do the job of the Invincible, but not the Lorenzen, if you catch my drift.

Do not underestimate what Pakistan is doing. In last few years they imvested significantly on naval warfare, based on the procurment they made.
The Babur Class has top notch European sensors and SAMs. Better than the 6 Talwar Class Frigates under Western Naval Command. Something to think about.
