I guess we still have breathing space to upgrade our mki's if the numbers are true. So around 200 of them will have to be aesa upgraded..
Those figures are at least 2-3 years old. For an air force inducting 150-200 jets a year, you can bet that something from 2 years ago is already old news.
Their J-20s alone are approaching 150.

It's fine. MRFA is needed now. The Chinese jet will be combat capable only by the end of the 2030s. We will need an equivalent MKI-replacement from the mid-2040s though.
