Poor sweetie. Concepts like camouflage , dummy Aircrafts , etc are something he's totally ignorant about.
The more they make out of Styrofoam, the more money some general gets to pocket. Seems like they were so scared of NATO attacking them that they spent large swathes of the defence budgets on yachts... and Styrofoam. They didn't order enough glue though it seems.

They actually don't look at all alike. But reduction in RCS has some basic prerequisites, which in turn leads to commonalities. And of course, there is always a possibility of espionage.

This is the problem with Kinzhal, MiG-31s carry one each and their safety record would make it impossible for Russia to use the Kinzhal in any great number for a sustained period.
