A presentation of INSAS 1b1 upgrade by FAB defense : Upgrade Kit for INSAS 1B1 from Israeli FAB Defense featuring Folding Buttstock with Height Adjustable Cheek Rest, Picatinny Dust Cover to accommodate FALKE LE 2 RDS & 3X Magnifier, 30-round Polymer Magazine along with a Bipod.

The JVPC is primarily a gas-operated automatic 5.56 x 30 mm calibre weapon of a semi-bullpup category because of the positioning of its action and trigger. The carbine — a weapon that has a barrel shorter than rifle — has been designed as per Indian Army’s General Staff Qualitative Requirements (GSQRs). The JVPC is also sometimes referred to as Modern Sub Machine Carbine (MSMC) that can fire at the rate of 700 rounds per minute. It had completed its final phase of user trials by the Army in December, 2020 and was ready for induction.

A close look at front section from range, SSS defence SOPMOD AK ..
Kunal da, Are there multiple versions of these SOPMOD upgrades that are offered by SSS defence.

There is this one , then there is a version which is being tested in the video you posted earlier in Twitter(vanilla ak front sight , with a flash hider, full length rail and collapsible buttstock ). Then there is the one mentioned in SSS defence's website, which similar to the one in video but with FN SCAR type buttstock.

Conflicting reports. The thermal sight is a binocular type ? The only helmet mounted bino TI sight Tonbo sells is the Duvi-B.

But the Duvi-B cannot be used on a weapon. Also the Army is buying bino sights ? Since when ? The love their mono sights. Also which bino sight can be weapon mounted ? It is likely that the sight is a monocular.

So the most probable candidate is the Raptor. Can be weapon mounted & helmet mounted. Very lightweight. Tonbo managed to export some to Raptor sights to the US Spec Ops too:

The other likely candidate is the Arjun sight. It is the predecessor of the Raptor. The military has thousands of these sights in service. raptor is the improved version of the Arjun.
