This was released by KT on Makar Sankranth & caused a Royal storm among the RW handles. From news reports of the IAS officer Rani George in charge of KT doing so deliberately coz on account of what else but her religion , to her having an affair with the ex Kerala tourism minister from the Congress in the past, to calls for apologies citing a DD Urdu program which depicted the cooking of pork in a cookery show post which they apologized, to calls for her to apoligise, to calls for her resignation for hurting the sentiments of devout Malayali Hindus, to questions on why weren't pork dishes depicted in KT ads , to Malayalis on opposite sides of the ideological spectrum locking horns , to handles asking for a boycott of Kerala , to handles from coastal Karnataka asking tourists to visit coastal Karnataka instead of Kerala as it was the best of both worlds - Goa & Karnataka with virgin beaches & none of the commercialism associated with both those states & a number of religious attractions too with a few pics thrown in of coastal Karnataka's vegetarian cuisine. That upset non vegetarian connoisseurs in Karnataka. It's deja vu all over again. This time among handles from Karnataka.
