RN seems poised to go far. They've their priorities right - beginning with sponsoring Welsh singers & getting 18 F-35Bs to fly off BOTH the aircraft carriers - miserable old hag & her son which is perennially in the dock under repairs , hence the decision to whittle down the requirements of the F-35B from ~70 to ~ 50 to 36 to eventually , I'm betting , 18 odd copies.
