So here we have confirmation that the russian turtle tanks, aka blyatbarns or tracked garden sheds, are not tanks but crappy infantry vehicles. Just not enough BMPs anymore.

This is what russia running out looks like. It's not an instant on-off switch, and they do still have many actual tanks and IFVs, but there's a constantly increasing proportion of trash in what they're sending out to battle.
